Our Expression Initiative is now online, and from next week will be providing a varied program including creative and art projects, mindfulness, and music tutorials as pre-recorded segments delivered by EDYS TV. We're excited to share with you some great content - on things you can do at home to stay busy, healthy & inspired. EDYS' Respectfully Curious Support Group for LBGTQ+ Teens and allies is also continuing, with Zoom meetings weekly on Tuesdays from 3:15 - 4:15pm, but pre-registration to receive the link is required. And finally, our "Drop In" has been reimagined into a Virtual Social Space - with anyone able to participate in a Zoom link up on Wednesdays - Fridays from 3-4pm. There will be at least 2 EDYS staff members on the Zoom call, happy to answer questions, or just generally chat about life "in iso".. To get the Zoom Link, please Direct Message the EDYS team via Instagram, or email the EDYS team at [email protected] Positive mental wellbeing is an important part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and while the changes that are taking place in sociaty at the moment are vital to our physical health, we are committed to finding ways to support our young people during this difficult time. It is our privilege to now bring our content into the homes of our young people, and we are proud to be a part of such a supportive community. We hope you will take this opportunity to connect with us and with each other via our digital platforms. We're all in this together. Be safe.
