Michelle Fairweather is the Operations Manager at SSFS, a position she has held for the last 3 years.  She holds a Bachelor of Social Work, and has extensive experience in the not for profit and Government sectors.  Her role at SSFS encompasses supporting the Team Leaders and ensuring the services and programs that SSFS provide to the community are of high quality, evidence based, and trauma informed. She oversees all the internal and external reporting requirements, and liaises with all funding bodies to ensure compliance with requirements. 

Michelle is a passionate leader, with a gentle nature and a desire to improve the lives of families in the Sutherland Shire. She loves working with, and supporting a committed team of people all working to provide children, young people, families and community support when they most need it.
