Pull Ya Head In - DV Awareness Campaign

As much as we’d like to believe it doesn’t happen in our community, Police statistics continue to show that reported incidents of Domestic Violence are still at unacceptable levels. We also know from our experience in dealing with victims through our numerous support programs that domestic violence manifests in many ways – with physical violence being reported at higher levels than other types of domestic violence. So much of the domestic violence in our community is going unreported.

These videos, based on true events, highlight types of domestic violence that don’t always feature in the media, but are so very common in our society. The message to perpetrators of family violence is clear – “Pull Ya Head In”.

Video 2: "What I See" (Domestic Violence from a child's perspective)
